The Holy See	Marriage Preparation

The Sacraments of
Baptism and Matrimony
require preparation in advance of the actual
rite or ceremony.
Baptism requires at leat a 30 day notice.

Ideally, the Sacrament of Matrimony
requires a 6 month notice.
In addition, the Diocese requires that a
pre-marriage inventory and a pre-marriage course
be completed prior to the marriage.
Per-Cana or Engaged Encounter programs
fulfill this requirement.
