Boy Scout Troop 24 was chartered in March, 1956, and is
sponsored by St. Augustine of Canterbury Parish,
Belleville, IL. To date, 26 of our Scouts
have achieve the rank of Eagle.

We meet weekly, Tuesday nights, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Augustine of Canterbury School, Belleville, IL.

With the exception of Holidays, we meet year round. Although there are occasional scheduling conflicts, we encourage Scouts to be active in sports and other extra-curricular activities.

Whenever possible, Troop 24 follows the Scouting tradition of having the older Scouts of the Troop educate the younger Scouts. This enables leadership skills of the older Scouts to flourish, and promotes a beneficial relationship amongst the entire Troop.
