QUEENSHIP OF MARY SODALITY

As life seems to be returning to “normal” and social gatherings are resuming, we will be meeting in October and November and hope you will plan to join us. 

TUESDAY OCTOBER 18, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.:  We will have a  brief meeting followed by a demonstration by Maryann Wilson on making greeting cards.  With the holidays approaching, this may inspire us to develop a hidden talent to WOW our family and friends.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.:

Pot luck and ornament auction.   We will have a joint meeting

With our partner parish Sodality (St. Henry’s).  There is no  business meeting and the evening always provides great       fun and fellowship.  Dinner is followed by a lively auction of Christmas ornaments and décor.  Each person is asked to    donate one item with profits going to the Pregnancy Care  Center.  The auction is always a treat...Stand by!

“The Mission of the Queenship of Mary Sodality shall be to promote personal holiness; help our neighbors through the performance of corporal and spiritual works of mercy; to spread and defend the Church and promote devotion, reverence and filial love toward the Blessed Virgin Mary.”


The Queenship of Mary Sodality·was organized in 1955 to provide the women of St. Augustine Parish the opportunity for spiritual growth as well as giving the parish the benefit of their efforts in making the new parish grow and prosper.  The current officers are: President, Diane Kreeb; Secretary,Sandy Cange; and Treasurer,Rosalie Dengler. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday evening every month at 7:15 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room in Kuhl Hall.  All ladies of the parish are invited to attend a meeting to find out more.  The QMS Mass is the 3rd Sunday of each month at 8 a.m. Check out QMS events in the current newsletter below.
